Pantry Study III looks at the distance between what a society promises and what it actually delivers.

Through references to public policy, propaganda, grassroots organizing and restitution, the work traces the systems that decide who receives opportunity, who is excluded from it and what communities do in response. Familiar food labels become containers for histories that are often softened, fragmented or forgotten.

It is both archive and critique: a study of how power is distributed—and how people organize to redistribute it.
