STUDIO RULES

1. Tend to your neighborhood. Speak to your neighbors, pick up trash that doesn't belong to you & check on the older generation.

2. Look everyone around you in the eye.

3. Everything is movable: touch it, flip it, move it. If you don't like something you can always change it.

4. Set a daily timer to focus on your breathing [5pm EST]

5. Follow your fixation: a phrase, word or conversation will open the door, but its your job to walk through it.

6. Dig until you've come to your own conclusions on any subject matter you have an opinion on. Never outsource your thinking.

7. Find a way to barter with the people in your community using the skills & talents you already have.

8. Find a pantry or community outreach hub to volunteer with at least once a month.

9. Read a piece of every book on the Archive list

10. Watch every documentary on the Archive list.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

WE TAKE a little extra time when someone doesn't understand the nuance of time, people, and history. WE'RE quick to extend grace and slow to dismiss someone as helpless. This is an archive, a resource, a protest and a design studio focused on the quiet revolution happening beyond the overstimulating content and hyper-DRIVEN LOOP OF CONSUMERISM.

Start with a documentary. Come back to watch another one tomorrow.
